Workouts run in Squamish from 6:15am to 7 pm. We allow clients to pick and choose anytime or day they wish to attend with three varieties of workouts including, Strength Series, Athletics, Iron X, and Spin & Row classes. Every workout is DIFFERENT and specifically structured to meet the needs of individuals and we can adapt to any injury or re-hab program. WE WELCOME ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS

Safety- We take this seriously Performing contraindicated exercises with inproper form is unacceptable and a good way to tweek your back or blow a knee (in lamens terms) Our repetitions range and cueing for each exercise is safe. We work with pre-existing injuries and have exercise options readily available to enable you to re-habilitate, modify or train to a maximum athletic level. NO MATTER WHAT we do not want you injured and will ensure you are not.
Fitness is not a passing fad for us nor are we new to the scene. We have been training for 10 years, we live it, we love it, we do it with Passion, we understand. Our trainers have had highs and lows like anyone else facing injury and disabilities but NEVER have we given up. This is not a job for us, this is not a 2 month work out course this is LIFE. We breath it, we do it for fun, we do it for work, we do it for life. We spend HOURS per week analyzing each client, creating workouts that tax and maximize the athletes in the class and allow for those new to fitness to get on track and accomplish the hardest feat, showing up. - Join the movement! This is number ONE and TWO in the fitness industry and we bring them both to you in an action packed workout. Improve you overall strength, core, balance stability and body awareness Using the TRX and Kettlebells.
- Full body training with the proven cross training and diversity your body needs. We use Strength training, abs, cardio, an-aerobic, spinning, rowing, cables, med balls, trx, bosus, kettle bells, skipping, ball core, indoor and outdoor, running and stretching, changing every class to keep you moving forward.
- Muscle groups are separated into three days throughout the week to allow for muscle tone, strength, and/or size to increase.It is extremely important to have strong functioning muscles for both men and women. Your bone strength, metabolism, fat loss and anaerobic conditioning will greatly improve. Benches, free weights, cables, squat racks, leg press, plyo jump boxes, rowing, spinning, med ball, abs, cardio, plyometrics, skipping, kettle bells and smith machines are part of the everyday grind to get you the results you want. The Workout format and design is always different to keep you challenged. These are the most challenging weight training classes we offer.
- Based on Improving your strength movement for sport and everyday life! This is functional fitness training. You know what you are getting when you walk in the door with the class being written on the board. We coach you on what is coming, the proper form, the technique and then you are off and running with an hour to complete the task. Our job is to coach you and watch form encouraging you to work as fast and hard as you can. Each class is set that it has a 10 minute grace period, and 2 options available. Option 1 is the full class, Option 2 has all necessary changes for injury and/or 20% less for beginners allowing everyone to compete. These are the most intense cardio and agility classes we offer where all levels can work to a 100% expenditure.
- The Ultimate Workout For Cardiovascular health and wellness . This is the perfect Calorie BURN the perfect match for improving your cycling, conquring those hills, or lasting a day paddling and still being able to enjoy the evening! Every workout is entertaining exciting and different! Hop on a bike or jump on the rower and have 60min feel like 20 we all know time fly's when your having fun.
Try Them ALL! Everyone can pick and choose days and times and is encouraged to do all types of classes. We are VERY particular in designing the classes to ensure you can train all muscle groups in a week without overtraining. Every workout is different ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME
I have been in the Fitness Industry training small groups, changing lives and improving wellness for over 10 years. Embracing Health and Fitness throughout the community and day to day with an active lifestyle fitness for me is truly a passion. Raised in Kelowna, BC I have lived in the Sea-to-Sky area for the past 7years and would not change a second. The people, the atmosphere, the scenery, the adventure out here is outstanding. Kimberley takes great pride in her role as an SFL educator and trainer in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. She graduated from UBC-O (University of British Columbia) with a Degree major in Marketing and Minor in International Economics. She specializes in strength and weight training but completed both 200 hour Yoga cert with 200 hour additional workshops and Stott Pilates. Along with Brad Wilson and Colleen she has run in International Fitness Retreat and is the only trainer in Canada certified in Iron Yoga.
