Yoga aligns the physical body, purifies the nervous system and develops concentration and mindfulness. All of which combine to prevent injury, stress, pain suffering and disease. You will notice better overall muscular balance with both flexibility and strength.
Yoga will help you deal with your day to day stress levels, fatigue and anxiety. It clears out the confusion and congestion of your mind and body.

HATHA
(all levels or beginners, intermediate, advanced): Hatha Yoga is a holistic approach to promoting vibrant health and personal fulfillment. Hatha Yoga embraces the physical aspects of Yoga, the classical Yoga poses (asana’s), breathing techniques (pranayama) and the ethical principles of Yoga (Yama’s and Niyama’s). Meditation and relaxation techniques form a part of our Hatha Yoga classes
VINYASA
Vinyasa flow is fun and dynamic and integrates rhythmic breathing with flowing Yoga Asanas (poses). This ancient style of Yoga becomes a meditation in motion with breath to refine and develop strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility. Improve your body awareness and postural alignment as you tone and lengthen your muscles
YIN YOGA
Simple yet challenging Yoga asana’s (poses) held for extended periods of time, designed to stretch and stimulate the deep connective “Yin†tissues of the body. Suitable for all levels, this practice stimulates chi flow and maintains the health of the meridian system of the body

Brandy's qualifications:
1. Registered Acupuncturist (RAc.) with Masters level (M.TCM) License #FAO1786
2. YA Certified Yoga Teacher 200 hrs In Mexico , 200 hrs in Costa Rica.
3. Level 1 Shiatsu, Acupressure, Esalen and Tui na massage trained.
4. European trained Spa Therapist, Studied in Hunderwasser Bad Blumau, Austria.
Brandy has been practicing all over the world for over 10 years. Brandy draws
from her years of experience working in the Spas of Europe, studying with the
Doctor's of Asia, and learning Yoga in the Americas. So you may imagine how she
comes to integrate elements of relaxation with the efficacy of Acupuncture and
Massage. She has worked with competitive athletes and maintains a clientele
worldwide that seeks out her services.
As a Yoga teacher Brandy has a keen eye for alignment issues. Having practiced
body work for many years, Brandy can diagnose and correct any physical
alignment issue, she will help you become aware of what imbalances are taking
place, and work with you in both active ( which are yoga and exercise)and passive
therapies ( which are Acupuncture and massage)to help you heal your body.
